To All Ministers of the Altar,
Our sincere thanks to all of you for the extra help you give us during the summer vacation season, we have many people away
for July and August. You may be serving your second and third preferences as well as serving more than once for the
next 2 months till the vacation season is over. It is possible to fill ministry positions you may be split up.
We do have OPEN MINISTRY positions at Mass, if you are at mass and available please check with the Clergy to see if you can help.
Attention all Altar Servers,
In thanksgiving for their service, the parish has reserved eighty tickets for our
Altar Servers for the Renegades Baseball Game on Tuesday August 31st, with a
7 pm game start. It will be held in the right field picnic area and is Renegades
Baseball Team Cards promotional
night. There will be a barbecue for us with unlimited food and soda from 6:00pm until
the 7th inning.
To sign up please complete a Permission Slip and return it ASAP to the rectory office.
There is no cost for the Altar Servers for their service to the Lord. The cost for any
additional family or friends will be $25.00/ per person. After May 30th any tickets
remaining will be offered to the parish.
Attention Students entering into the 4th Grade
You can become an Altar Server before going back to school. Fr. Steve will be holding training classes for any student who wants to become an Altar Server for St. Denis parish.
Students must be in Grades 4 through 8. Class will be held in the Church on Saturday, August 14th, 21st, and 28th from 12 Noon until 1 p.m.
Servers must attend all three classes before being installed as an Altar Server.
